Dear Barbara,

While we have long been impressed with you, the event you accomplished for us this past Friday evening has made us even more appreciative of the quality of food, staff, and service you provide to your clients. From the moment I contacted you about what we were planning for September 12th, you have been spot-on – with menu development, helpful suggestions, recommended equipment rentals, everything.

I was even more impressed when everyone arrived punctually and dealt professionally and helpfully with the threat of rain; when I saw the perfect linens you chose for the evening; when we tasted every delectable morsel that came out of the kitchen; when the crew put everything back in place and cleaned the kitchen beautifully after the event.

It was a wonderful evening. We have received nothing but compliments about the good food, service, and lovely evening – even with the humidity and threat of rain outside.

Thank you again for thinking of and taking care of all the details and, most of all, for making us look so good.

Dear Barbara,

Andy and I wanted to thank you for helping us pull off a spectacular Saturday night reception! The food was absolutely delicious and the presentation was beautiful. One of Andy's good friends (and groomsmen) is a true foodie and said that "hands down, this is the best wedding reception food I've ever had!" (if you knew him, you'd understand what incredibly high praise this is!). We gobbled up the food in the basket when we got back to the room--we were both so glad to have a moment to eat! (By the way, please let my mom know if you need the black basket and the two forks back).

I also understand that you were thrown a few curveballs because of the rain (and had to break down the bar at the last minute)--I'm sorry about all of this but it looked like it went off without a hitch (at least from our perspective) and I think all of our guests still had a wonderfull time!

It has been a pleasure to work with you and my mom and I greatly appreciated how flexible you were and how willing you were to work with our limited budget. Thank you again!
